01 · The basics
What does Jmac Media Solutions do?
Jmac Media Solutions is a creative agency based in North Augusta, South Carolina. We offer creative direction and campaigns, social media management, personal branding photography, commercial photography, product photography and ad creatives, event photography, film and motion, and aerial drone photo and video.
Where are you located, and what areas do you serve?
We're located at 401 W Martintown Road, Ste 138, North Augusta, SC 29841. We work across the CSRA, including Augusta, GA, North Augusta and Aiken, SC, and also shoot throughout South Carolina, Georgia, Florida and beyond.
What types of businesses do you work with?
We work with brands whether they're just starting out or ready for a refresh, including restaurants, hospitality, real estate, lifestyle and apparel brands, product companies and event organizers.

How much does social media management cost?
Social media management starts at $2,500 per month for 4 reels, 15 photos, 5 graphics and 10 posts. The $3,000 per month package includes 8 reels, 25 photos, 10 graphics and 15 posts. The $3,500 per month package includes 12 reels, 35 photos, 15 graphics and 1 long-form video.
What's the difference between social media management and a content creation package?
With social media management, we create the content and post it for you every month. With a content creation package, we create the content and you post it. Content creation packages are $1,500, $2,500 or $3,000 depending on how many reels, photos and graphics you need.
Do you use AI to make your graphics?
No. Every graphic in our packages is made by real people, not AI.
Can I book a single service instead of a package?
Yes. You can book one service, like a product shoot or event coverage, or combine several into a full campaign. Every project starts with a conversation about your goals.
03 · Working together
Will you take over our social media accounts?
No. We work alongside your team, not over it. Your accounts stay yours, and we plug in with a content calendar, posting plan and monthly check-ins.
What is your process?
Four steps: Discover (your audience, market and goal), Concept (the big idea, moodboards and a shot plan), Create (photo, film, aerial and social) and Launch & learn (a rollout plan, then a look at what worked).
Do you offer drone photography and video?
Yes. Aerial photo and video is done through JMAC Drone Solutions, for real estate, venues and events.
What kinds of events do you cover?
Galas, fundraisers, brand events, conferences and workshops, with coverage that gives your sponsors and guests something to share.
How do we get started?

What is Jmac Studios?
Jmac Studios is our new photography, video production and podcast space in North Augusta, SC, opening soon. It's one place to shoot a campaign, film a commercial and record a show, with our crew or yours.
Does Jmac Studios have a podcast room?
Yes. The studio includes a dedicated, enclosed podcast room set up to record and film your show.
How much does it cost to rent Jmac Studios?
Walk-in rental is $100 an hour with no commitment. Memberships run on a 3-month commitment: Starter is $250 a month for 3 hours, Creator is $500 a month for 7 hours and Pro is $1,000 a month for 16 hours. Rentals are space only. Want us behind the camera? Photography is $150 an hour and video is $250 an hour.
How can I book the studio?
